Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Areas

Lusoterroir ships to all national territory (Mainland Portugal and Islands) and to various countries within the European Union. For international destinations outside the EU, we recommend contacting us in advance to check availability and conditions.


2. Delivery Times

  • Mainland Portugal: 2 to 5 business days

  • Autonomous Regions (Azores and Madeira): 5 to 10 business days

  • European Union: 5 to 10 business days (varies by country)

Delivery times are estimates and may change during high volume periods such as holidays or promotions.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the destination and total weight of the order.

  • Free shipping for purchases above a certain amount (e.g., €60), only within Mainland Portugal.

  • For international shipments, applicable fees will be shown before payment confirmation.


4. Packaging

All products are packed in specific packaging designed for bottle transport to ensure safety during shipping. In case of damage, see the section “Transport Damages.”


5. Order Tracking

After the order is shipped, an email with the tracking number will be sent, allowing you to follow the delivery in real time via the carrier’s website.


6. Transport Damages

If you receive a damaged order:

  • Report the issue to the carrier at the time of delivery.

  • Take photos of the packaging and damaged products.

  • Contact us within 48 hours via hello@lusoterroir.eu or our contact form.

Lusoterroir cannot be held responsible for damages reported after this period.


7. Failed Delivery

If delivery is not possible due to reasons attributable to the customer (e.g., incorrect address or prolonged absence), additional reshipping fees may apply.


8. Changes

Lusoterroir reserves the right to update this Shipping Policy at any time, with changes published on this page taking immediate effect.
