Aromas4U Milesime Reserva Brut , created with artisan precision, is tailor-made for people who value elegance in every aspect.

Grape varieties: Baga, Bical, Maria Gomes and Cercial

Traditional method, fermented and aged on fine lees. It was bottled with additional yeast to undergo a slow second fermentation in a cool environment inside the bottle, generating a fine and delicate bubble.

Tasting notes:

Color : light citrus, with fine and persistent bubbles. Presents an elegant perlage .

Aroma: floral and white fruit aromas, slightly green with subtle tropical and citrus notes.

Palate: smooth, yet persistent, with a fresh and creamy finish. It has good acidity and structure, which gives it gastronomic versatility. With more time in the bottle, it may develop toasted and honeyed notes.

Pairing: Ideal with fish dishes, meat dishes, and desserts without an egg base.
